My daughter asked me too take some shots of here throwing here baton in the air and catching it. It was nearly dark, however I gave it a try anyway. I really like this blurred shot. It was taken with a 1.3s exposure while zooming slightly. The only PP was a slight desaturation and resizing. ISO 200 at f14 with a Tamron 70-300. C&C Welcome.
