EVU Display AF Point Not Working?

I've just noticed that if I open a image up in EOS Viewer Utility and click on the display AF point indicator it doesn't work, it just shows the focus points in black with no red point/s showing. I've just started using custom function 4-1, shots using 4-0 their focus points show up fine. Any ideas?

Paul, do you know what autofocus mode your camera was in, or was it manual?

If you use * for focusing and have released * when shooting, AF points won't show on Canon viewer.
