Certainly worth capturing those clouds and the setting sun on the horizon. Well done.
Some punch in the colours and some further PS work will make it stand out. Metering for the whole scence hasn't helped as she and the ground is little dark. Next time try using an ND Grad filter or take two shots. One metering for the sky and the other metering off just the girl.
Great composition and I like that the girl is looking away towards the open part of the picture, drawing your gaze to the sunset. Flipping the image horizontally may help the composition better as the girl will be on the left, leading most left to right readers, onto the sunset. But that is just a cultural thing more than a problem with the composition :)

I feel we need to see more of her face i.e. crop in close. To counter the fact that her face is in shadow, we need to be able to see it more closely. While she has lovely shoes, it's her face that we're drawn to. The sky needs to be a whimsical backdrop, not one of the main features. Just my humble opinion!

Very nice. Perhaps if she were looking another 5 degrees to her left so you had a little more of her face. Maybe a little bit grainy, but it could be my monitor.

Good explanation. She's a tad underexposed. Get in closer. I think it would make a much more interesting photo. Remember to meter the highlights of her, and not the extra space around.
