Whilst out walking yesterday I let my wife take control of my 1DMk2. Having the 24-70 attached it's not the lightest of setups & as she was taking this shot the camera was not exactly steady ;), but hey it didn't turn out half bad :)

It turned out pretty good. At least the glare from your pate isn't causing flares... :p

Nice shot, Paul. When did you start parting your hair in the middle?
Very pretty setting, BTW.

Some fellow has wandered into the picture and spoiled a lovely nature shot.....
Just kidding. I like this quite a bit. Lovely shot of you. And the background is gorgeous!

Nice shot, some people just don't realize how easy it is to save hundreds of dollars a year on things like shampoo and cream rinse. :D

Great shot. What are the blue flowers that make it so good?

I'll say it looks lousy only for purposes of saving you some money. If your wife gets it in her head that she too can take great photos and falls victim to the photography bug, another camera and accessories is going to cost you a mint. :-) :-)

Hey!!! We are a two 20D family here and it makes for a lot of fun and conversation in an old marriage. I highly recommend double D-ing it.
Nice photo by your wife! Tell her I said so.

She did a good job. Better start saving for another camera. She'll be looking for it on her next birthday! ;-)

They are bluebells, do you have bluebells in the States?
They carpet many a woodland floor at this time of year in the UK.
