I think the shot was well composed, but the purple hue doesn't do it for me.

Thanks... I normally just leave things bw but wanted to try to colorize it to see what it looked like. Above is the original as well.

I like the b&w version. The purple hue is different, but not bad. Would have been really cute had she been smiling bigger, but thats pretty much out of your control lol.

Certainly it isn't bad at all... I like the image and though I may be in the minority, I also like the shot with the coloured hue... Thanks for sharing.

I can take the purple version, but prefer the B&W one. I find the balloon distracting. Because of the distance from your subject and the fact that it's on the top portion of the image (separated by your watermark), It draws my eye away from the subject. She's such a cute little girl and with those eyes, I don't think she needs props to make her cuter.

I prefer the B&W without coloring. It is a great image - I would like to see it with less contrast, it seems harsh to me.
