Burn Outs

All single RAW file processed due to movement of vehicles of course. I mixed it up with the processing to get different looks.

First time I ever shot an event like this.

I am new to this, so I have to ask: is there a difference between using one raw file vs. 3 or 5 jpegs at different exposure?
