I took a few vidoes at the Coachella Music Festival this past weekend and I'm dying to see them...but I can't!?
they're unloading as .thm files, and I have no idea how to get them converted to a watchable .avi or .mpeg file. =[
can anyone help me!? thank you!

if u use zoombrowser you won't even need to handle the .thm file.
if you use a card reader, it just means you pulled out the wrong file.
canon uses the .avi format to store its movie files. if you need it to be
in mpeg format, you'll have to get a software encoder.

I do use Zoombrowswer, but it unloaded them as .THM files...why would it do that?
I'm so confused! They normally work. I dont understand what went wrong.

You know..I went through my thumbnails again of my images, and noticed that there were two files. One was the .avi file, but it was disguised as just a regular picture, and then the one next to it, was the .thm file. I jsut happened to click on the picture next to it, and it opened up the .avi.
Dig around through your folder. Assuming your video settings are set correctly, then they should be in there. =]

the .thm file is a thumbnail file you can get a hack online to tell the PC to think its a jpeg file.
