I was attempting to alter my meta tag info for better standings with google but realized when I tried to view source to ensure that Analytics settings were correct that the only code I see is one line telling where my website is parked.

"<html> <FRAMESET border='0' ROWS='*,1'> <FRAME SRC='http://wa-designs.com/strickland/index.html'><FRAME SRC='blank.html'> </FRAMESET> </html>"

Does this mean in order for me to get my meta tags out there, I have to park my site on my own independent page?

Site is www.cmstrickland.com for anyone who wants to view to see if they see the same thing

Ah, the wonders of framesets and goofy hosting... The file you've shown above is your home page, and is missing a any meta info, as well as a doctype. It has two frames in it one for the file http://wa-designs.com/strickland/index.html, and the other for a file called blank.html. I have no good idea why your site is built this way, when in fact the page at wa-designs looks to be the complete web site in terms of your content.

But yes, you have no tags on the page at cmstrickland.com/index.html, and you should add them there. It will also help to have similar tags on your other pages over at wa-designs.com

Is this something I can correct with my current web hosting or should I get a new host?

I couldn't tell you on that one. I would call your web host and ask them why your site is "captured" inside this frame set - I presume you did not do this frameset yourself? And the file you're editing, you are pushing it out to wa-designs.com - who is that in relation to cmstrickland.com? If you didn't set this all up yourself for some good reason, then I'd be asking whoever did set all that up, which is probably your hosting service.
