Well only a little bit, not too bad actually but I thought it was a bit different.

I was stopped in the library today by a young woman who's seen my prints..would like to buy one. I asked her what size, and she said the largest I had available right now as she wants to buy it for her dad's birthday on Canada Day (july 1st).

So I said that would be 17x22"(ultra-premium luster); which print?

She's not sure. Told me to choose any one because they're all magnificent. Flattering, but I don't know which one to choose...So Here's where you guys come in.

I thought it'd be a random and fun thing to do to ask POTN to choose her print; check out my slideshow and my fine art gallleries and pick a print title you think I should print for her.

The print most requested is the shot I'll print off and frame for her, and why not I'll post a pic of it in frame, at the end.

Oh yes, here's the site:

Notilucent Nights...I'm sure he has memory's of places that this will remind him of if he has lived a liftime in Canada.

+1 for noctilucent. It seems the most suitable for a print.

Actually, this process is a great idea. I'm sure she will eventually ask how or why you chose to print the one you did, and you can honestly say that you asked a forum of professional and expert photographers which one is best, and you printed the best one for her dad. That will likely really enhance your standing and reputation with her (not that it seems you need to)

I agree with Noctilucent Nights. It is a very serene photograph, good job.

Hehe that's a great idea and works better than "I couldn't make up my mind" which is more or less the truth :p

All right guys...I'm sorry but I just couldn't print notilucent lights this time :( I couldn't find it on my harddrive. I think it's on my 2nd one.

Though, while searching for this shot I found a few interesting others and couldn't resist but framed them, as well

I'm addicted to printing out my shots, I swear it's like watching your prints come to life all over again in the digital age.

Anyone who doesn't self print needs to get on the large-format printer boat or take out a loan or something because it is such a good feeling.

The green northern lights one is the one I am giving the woman. The others I will either hold on to or find a home for.

The green one is called "A cup of Light" and is 16x20" in a 17x22" eco-friendly frame.
