Here are some shots from a few days ago at my local motorcycle track. All taken hand held with the 100-400 on a 40D during evening light. Any comments or criticism is appreciated.

I like them! First two could have done with the sun being on the other side of the subject (vice versa would probably be easier to arrange :))

Glad you enjoyed them! I have been very happy with the quality of my 100-400. When used properly I'm always happy with the results.
