So I'm looking for a good book or two on setting up studio lighting, What to do with it, light placement etc.... any sugestions

I found Light Science & Magic: An Introduction to Photographic Lighting a good start. Don't know if that's what you're asking for though.

If you're familiar with lighting theory and simply looking for diagrams and their results, many of the books from Amphoto and Amherst Media provide it.

I also like Steve Sint's new book on portraiture.

For studio lighting, I would look at scott smith's book.
