Need some advice.

Howdy everyone. i have owned canon p&s before(G7, SX200) but never a small compact one. i always used my leica dlux3 up until last night when my soon to be beaten brother dropped it and broke the lens.
any recommendations on which compact i should get that is pretty equivalent to my dlux?

anyone? hmm, everyone seems to be stuck on the sx10. is it that great?

I'd go for the SD990. Very impressed with the one I bought last week. I have had many ixus / elph series cameras. This is as good as I've seen in a while. Very good IQ and low noise. Manual control as well.
