So I've got a personal trainer client that has a client he is going to take from 370lbs to competitive body builder in 1 year. They want to document the process and in the end create a loop of the photos showing the transformation. The goal is to take the same shot with the same pose for a year. They were talking about doing it every 3 days or so, I think once a week is probably more than enough, but I could be wrong. I'm looking for any input or tips/tricks for this so maybe I don't have to learn something the hard way if I am not thinking about it now.
Here is my plan so far:
I will take the shots in my studio and document all the light and camera settings, write down the floor plan and measurements of where everything is located, mark spots on the floor with tape where the lights are..... all that good stuff. No way I can keep it setup for a year like that. I figure a seemless backdrop will allow me to show the detail in his body the best.
Thoughts?
