Mazatlan Sunset

My first picture post. We were in Mazatlan last week and this picture evokes a nice memory for me. Any criticism appreciated. Could I have done a better job with the sun? Would a "grad" be in order? I wanted to keep the color of the sky and ocean.

Nice shot. I've never used any ND grads, but I think it would have helped a bit. That sun is very bright. You can tone it down a bit in PS if you really wanted to, but I think your photo was a success.

Great shot! I visited Mazatlan last year and loved it.....especially the visit to the tequila distillery. But that's another story.....beautiful shot. Love silhouettes.
