I can see why you might like this picture. The hands make it intriguing. However, this shot doesn't really do anything for me. Poor lighting and no faces (eyes) make this shot difficult to improve. Too bad the kid wasn't just peeking out from under the blanket.

It doesn't convey the tenderness that you might associate with the title. The little hands are quite amusing but overall the picture doesn't have much to hold the viewer's interest - like eyes and faces as mentioned by ajbalazic.
