Hey guys,
Just wondering what you think of my new photographic portfolio.. I tried to stay away from the photographer trademark image (mainly very professional blacks and whites)..

Essex Photography | PhotoEssex (http://www.photoessex.com)

I have put a few images up to fill the gallery for the moment, but this website was mainly built as an experiment for my SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) technique..

Seeing how far I could get up the Google ranking for 'Essex Photographer'.

imo it's a little too much. especially the wood effect background and the polaroids being all over the place. the colours are nice though, they blend nicely together and make for a pleasing mood overall.

I think its a nice website. The only thing I would change is the "Hire me (please!)" thing seems too desperate.

I hit "Send" before I was finished. :oops:

It takes too long to load. I have to scroll horizontally to view, not a good thing IMO. It doesn't say "professional" to me.
