It's very nice, but I think it needs a different crop. Either cut off more of the tree at the left or more of the buildings to the right. Also, most of the empty sky could be done away with. This would still leave you with an extensive foreground giving reasonably good 3-dimensionality. However, if you were to re-shoot this scene I woud recommend getting a different perspective other than straight on. You need enough of an angle to include some of one side of the buildings in addition to the front, so as to give more depth to the scene. As it is, the buildings are as if one is pasted directly on the one behind it.

i think i agree with Robert, and i think i am saying the same thing with different words.
to me, i cant tell if that is one building or two. i think it's two because it looks like an old building in front and a new scraper behind it. however, the composition doesnt clarify that, and leads to a feeling of confusion.
there is so much foreground in this pic, i am wondering why you didnt take that wide angle and move up super close?
i dont mind the buildings being "pasted" on one another, but i think if you were a lot closer some depth would show up and we could clearly tell they were two separate buildings.
i like the wide angle views, and lenses, but i think they look better when right in the object's face. they give a sense of domination when used that way with tall buildings.
not bad, just in need of a tweak....compositionally.

Good photo. I'd sharpen it a bit more and definitely remove the dust spot. (upper left)
And as stated, move the subject out of the center.
Rule of thirds would benefit this photo, undoubtedly.
