Can be interpreted however you want. macro water drop, waterfall, or ocean spray. Be creative!


This competition is for anything and anything. the subject can be anything, landscape to macro to portrait to wildlife or anything in between. Please participate and try your luck. the winner will be decided from the winner of the previous challenge, the winner will then produce the theme for the next challenge. good luck!!


1. Camera - Any Canon DSLR Camera
2. Time - any on-topic photo taken at any time is eligible

4. Post-Processing - do whatever you like and the host will decide if it works (though please say what you changed)

6. Commenting - No commenting during challenge. When the posting is closed and a winner has been declared, comments can be made in this thread.

Well here is Laguna Colorado in the altiplano of Bolivia. Yes, that IS water.

Red water naturally occurring.
Laguna Colorada covers about 60 sq. kilometers (37 sq. miles), with a depth of about 50 cm (20 inches). With a high salt content, the fiery red color of Laguna Colorado is derived from algae and plankton that thrive in the mineral-rich water of sodium, magnesium, borax and gypsum.
