Meeting a client at a hotel and taking about 30 pictures for a case (lawyer). Then putting the pictures on CD and giving it to him? There won't be any post processing, just RAW files. Im looking for prices from you pros  Thanks guys!!

Lot of variables there, travel, location, photos of what. I would go with an hourly price with a minimum of two hours. Money is usually not an issue as it all gets added to the lawyer fees. I have an arrangement with a local attorney that I get $250 minimum and it goes up from there if its a decent size job. So far it has been mainly come to the office or hospital to photograph injuries.

As an aside, don't take any shots that the lawyer hasn't pre-approved. Anything & everything you shoot at that time might be shown in court & if you delete an image in that sequence, then the opposing side is going to jump on it.

Good points guys, thanks!! The location is about 5 miles from my house. I was thinking like $25 because I've never done this, but you guys seem to think a bit higher!! Wow.

Good advice, also be aware that if the other side chooses not to stipulate the pictures you may have to appear at the trial if there is one. That's one reason to charge a reasonable fee. $250 sounds about right to me.
