Sunsetfishing in north Sweden

Was out a few days trying to catch a salmon in north sweden.. had no luck but came home with a few pics I like.

I really, really like this photo! I like that your subject is in sharp focus, and the mist on the lake really adds interest to the photo. Did you blur the background afterwards, or was it shot like this? I think the blur is great--it places emphasis on the fisherman:-)

I also love the shot. and, i was also wondering if the shot was blurred more in pp?? it just looks "too perfect."

I took the shot in f1.2, thats how the great OOF blur got so smooth ^^
It was some interesting lighting when i got the shot, the sun was sooo low and the mist was glowing.
I just wish i had the camera with me at the same spot the night before, it was magic lighting and i would have been able to take the shots of my life then.. but i missed the moment =/

VERY cool shot Bazz!

Bokeh is perfect and the subject is sharp. Looooove the lighting and feel to this.
I guess my only gripe would be the lack of detail in the pant area. It's almost like the image has a sun glare.
But, really it doesn't take too much away from it. Great job!!
