The only way to learn is from you pros telling me what to do differently or what to do to improve the shot. So PLEASE, I'm begging you for your help! More pics can be found here: http://www.trunktreasure.com/gallery/8649849_T7nbB#570887169_Y6Stb

No pro here :D but I like the colors for the first one but it seem to be a little OOF.
Nice post-process for the second one.

I agree with the first 2 posts.... Loving the 2nd shot!

Very nice work (esp 2nd shot!). Watch for unwanted shadows (ie ball cap across eyes). Typically, you don't want the horizon line to cut the middle of the frame (ie 2nd shot) - but in you're case, I think it works cuz subject placement is also centred.

Agreed - the first is out of focus - the second is good - but I might crop a bit of the top and the right - putting the couple in the rule of 3rds -

Nice shote - but yes, the first is out of focus slightly. The second one is cool - I'd move the frame slightly to have them less centered but its a quality shot.

I agree with previous posters, kinda. I see that the first shot is not out of focus but your focal point is in the wrong spot. His hand on her arse are in focus as well as their jeans. If it was her hand on his arse showing the engagement ring, it would be just right. You would need to make sure your focal point is where you need it to be.
I really like the second shot and the post op work done on it. I think that if you had a different composition it would be a better image. As the pp said, maybe off center or possibly shoot it vertical. I love the feeling of the image, I think their pose is a bit to plain for such a dramatic shot though.

only thing to add the above posters didn't mention was that I think the second shot could use some more contrast.
