I'm playing with my 20D shooting in JPG, RAW, RAW+JPG, etc.

I noticed that when I shoot in HQ L JPG my image resolution is 3504x2336.

In RAW, I'm getting 1761x1174.

In RAW+JPG ( HQ L ) I get a combo of the 3504x2336 & 1761x1174

Uhum.. why am I not getting 3504x2336 when I shoot RAW?

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind.. it seems to be an error in ACDSee.

Photoshop sees it as full res.

RAW files are, by definition, the full 3504x2336 resolution of the sensor.

When it gets to the computer, some RAW converter programs have been known to change that native resolution.
