Hi guys, is there any get togethers scheduled for the orange county area? Would be great if guys/gals from Southern Cali can show too. I am just a novice, but would like to learn from those who are more experienced. Let me know if there are any ideas or if anyone is interested.

I will be wandering around a car show in Long Beach this weekend. Runs July 4 & 5th. I will be there the 5th...should be plenty to shoot there.

It was ok...some of the cars were really close together so it was hard to get a good angle. I ended up practicing close up/detail shots. I will post some up later.

No one said anything about my camera.

I'm so down for a meet i was setting up a meet here on the forum trying to get ppl to meet at Queen Mary in long beach around 5,6 am before the sun rise and then hit breakfast and once queen Mary open jump on board and take shots form there... but i had an family situation and wasn't able to make it.. what about this weekend?? 18th?? of july...

I would be up for a meet, though Queen Mary is a bit far... How about Big Bear? or some other mountain-ous area?

I'm sure other folks have done it. Just not sure how to go about it. We would probably need a medium sized group so we wouldn't be waisting any of the Statium's staffs time.
