Large Random Image on Index Page?

Hi all,

In the group settings, there is a way to set how many random images you want displayed, per group. However these images are thumbnail size...

What I'd like is to have all my groups, but ONE single large random image, displayed on the index page. I can put a path to a single large image per group, but that image isn't random...

I haven't found a way to do that with EE.

Any hint would be appreciated.
