Do you get a red X, or an error page?

I also wonder if you are browsing from work or from home?

If you are browsing from work, (Like I do.) the company may have a firewall with rules that restrict what sites you are allowed to view or connect to. For example I know that I can’t see any of charlesU’s posts here (Not that I would because the last thing I want is to be busted for looking at inappropriate things while at work, not that they’re not nice Charles!) because I believe he posts from the OneModelPlace site which would be filtered out under probably the sex rule on our firewall.

If you’re posting from home though, this shouldn’t be a problem.

If you are using AOL, I would check this thread: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?p=532970#post532970 for some of our suggestions, and Gail’s remedy.

I just found a post where I do get a red x. What does that mean? It is a post by Ziliao titled "Bayou sunset" in the critique section.

The image is embedded and the server it is coming from is apparently down or the image is removed. In this case, go to http://img109.echo.cx/img109/9039/bayousunset8uq.jpg and see.

At times I've noticed no pics showing, but there was no link either, so I thought it was an attached pic the server wasn't retreiving.
