the colors are very nice. I think it could use a subject of some kind for us to look at. The guy with the umbrella doesn't seem like one.

I agree that colors are great, but there is nothing to draw you in to the picture. I tihnk a crop of the stret might be cool since the colors and textures are so great. Make it more artsy, abstract or something. Keep working on it.

Too much negative space. You can focus on the guy if you crop a lot more though. Because you have the lamp and it shows the rain, you should be a lot more up in on the guy, to be honest.

Myself and another photographer did a segment on rain a few months ago.
