S5IS, Wide Angle Display/Pictures?

It's late, and I'm feeling rather foolish, but here's the problem which so far has resisted my attempts at searching the basic and advance manuals and just playing with the button.
I did "something" and now my camera is taking wide, narrow pictures rather than the usual full frame shots I've been used to.
How do I get back to the standard display and picture mode?

You have managed to set your format to 16.9 wide. Push the function button, and then go to the bottom of the menu and set your pixel count back to "L" or what ever size you use. Check page 38 and 39 of your manual.
