Oh well... I'll give it a go. I like the image overall. It has good composition and angle. I would of tried excluding the tree top and dead shrubs on the bottom right, but you may of been limited there. The shrubs and tree distracts from the subject. The image is a bit too small to tell if the detail is there on the city, but it looks fine from here. I think it could use a tad more color pop, but watch the sky. You don't want to overdo it.

From here... composition is fine but the image lacks any focal point and the contrast is quite low... no pop, no striking colours, it's not very vibrant. Try experimenting with curves (or just increasing brightness and contrast) in PS/LR etc. Shame about the trees at the bottom, too... could you have moved a little closer for a cleaner composition?
