When I select Menu there is no listing for ISO speed to select it manually. What am I missing cause I see it has the selection in the manual pictures? Thanks!

Make sure it is in P or Tv Or Av or M mode, in order for you to change its ISO (ASA equivalent in digital camera) speed. Auto mode does not allow you to change ISO speed.
