Had a little shoot last night with my friend in his Miata. A few shots came out pretty good here they are. C&C Welcome.

Haha thanks, the best part of cincy i have found is that there are alot of great shots long the river with the city as a backdrop.

Nice backdrops, the WB looks off in the last 3 too me, nasty greenish tinge to all the foreground here.

Nice backdrops,... Interesting stuff, but none of them make the car look as good as they should. See the "Tips" in my Sig.

After looking through your links in your sig (which are very helpful btw) I couldnt find anything that was specific for this situatuion so could you please give me some pointers on what to do next? the street light is very annoying i know but i cant really do much about it short of taking it out :)

An alternative would be to blend a night shot with a before night shot, like that "Vette shot.

So, try shooting before it's full dark when there's still light left to make the car look good. Look at this one I shot well after dark just for fun. The sky still highlighted the body:

Some of the best "night shots" I've seen were taken before it's totally dark while there's still some light left in the sky. You don't need much, but you need some.
