Hi,

I know this is probably a tough question since it may be different from photo to photo but any help will be appreciated.

What are the most common (the must have retouches) re-touches for your finals photos that you do in Photoshop or Lightroom, color correction etc...?

Thanks

hmmm must haves for me are:

sharpen, sat bump and contrast bump.

I am a contrast junky and love saturated colours...Everything else is dependent on the image itself..

Contrast and darken blacks in lightroom; the rest depends entirely on the specific photo.

I like my shots overexposed, desaturate the colors and playing with contrasts, blacks and hues ;p

Thank you all! It looks like contrast is a must do thing.

Most replies here are more raw development than retouching right? I don't consider images retouched unless I get into smoothing skin, whitening teeth, lightening / saturating eyes, cloning out zits / imperfections or even getting into the liquify tool...

Removing sensor dust / hot pixels is a mild variant ^^
