Renumbering images in PS

Hi all

Just a quick question

If I have taken 600 images on a typical wedding and I only show the B&G about 250 how can I consecutively number these from 1-250 instead of 1-600 with ones in between missing.

I have PS6.

Please advise cheers

There is another utility that does Bulk renaming, it called BRU (Bulk Rename Utility). You'll find it here: http://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Main_Intro.php and its free as the other utility suggested.
