Rename admin and change password

I tried a search and came up with nothing. And I am just staring at my monitor. My head is blank and I can not find out where I change the admin log-in. Can anyone give me a quick hint?

go to Misc Settings and under Editor Settings you will find

CHANGE EDITOR LOGIN DATA
