Went down to the city with the wifey and daughter and snapped this view of midtown Manhattan from Central Park.

Your horizon is wicked tilted. That is a major setback.
The sky is very peculiarly processed, and it doesnt work for me. It also resulted in haloing around the buildings. Compositionally, you did a good job, but you should crop out the far right building, otherwise it looks incomplete.

Actually, the tilted horizon is a side effect. That not a straight on shot. The left part of the picture is a 90 degree angle (the corner of the park) - it makes the horizon appear tilted, but it's not.

it does need to be rotated -1.0 degrees. try it and you will see, bldgs will be vertical.
