I went for a walk today through Coombe Abbey Country Park. It is amazing how quickly everything changes, it only seams like yesterday there were no leaves on the trees and the countryside was looking sorry for itself. Well as you can see from these, it is all changing.

LMAO! Love the ducklings and the gosling doing yoga!! :D

I think the mild winter sent the birds into a sex frenzy early this year! Those herons look knackered from all the effort! :)

I love them all, brilliant shooting :) .

I really like the reflections of the ducks #2 and #5 in the water. The little ones are too cute. I like the little yellow one and his/her ballet step.

Nice work!

Absolutely great shots. You accomplished so much detail in them all.

Those herons look knackered from all the effort! :)

They were not going anywhere, This was as close as I could get to them and this is a crop of a picture taken with the 100 - 400 and a 1.4 TC. I hung around for an hour and gave up. I passed that way a couple of hours later and they were still there. Must have been some spring :D

I like the little yellow one and his/her ballet step.

Looks like it is practising ice skating, ready for next winter ;)
