Remote Switch for 5d

I need a remote switch for my 5d. I don't need a costly and fancy one, just one that is reliable and can get the job done.

Appreciate any recommendations.

Remote or with a cable? There are some made in HK that people here say is fine. I use the Canon one but it's pricey.

Try eBay. I found mine that way. Bought it originally for my 20D, but works on the 5D as well. I think it was in the $10-$20 range incl shipping

The POTN shop has cable releases, I don't think they have remove IR controllers. I couldn't find one from HK, ended up buying the Canon one.
