Hey guys well, I'm new here and wanted to know if you had any advice or websites for someone who wanted to start a corporation involving photography and photographers.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
EDIT: I was thinking something along the lines of mass-market mobile and permanent photographic studios.

generally speaking chain photo studios require a hell of a lot of capital to start-up. also many people including myself frown upon chain-type studios because they usually rush people in and out in order to increase volume and thus increase profit. also chain studios often shoot the subject in the same exact pose in front of the same background, with same lighting and props as they do with everybody else. meaning that they lack originality

I completely understand, I didn't necessarily mean that in particular. I just wanted to give an idea. Capital is not a problem, just more along the lines of where do I go to start.
For example have you heard of http://www.form-a-corp.com/
Do you guys recommend a website or something that could get me started?

my personal opinion on this one would be to open up shop at one location and then continue to expand as demand grows. if you automatically jump into multiple markets with multiple studios, there is a higher chance that you will loose big.

You just want to file for the business? It's pretty easy just go to you local gov site and search. You don't have to go through one of those sites they just have you fill out the same paper work and charge you extra to file.
