View Full Version : WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK: PART 172 - Food

Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This week the theme is "FOOD". Be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme -- the sky's the limit!

Here are the rules:

1. Shots need to be taken between sunrise Monday and sunset the following Sunday. Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snap shots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!

2. Post your shots at any time during the week.

3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e.,embedding them), but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. A copy of the size rules can be found here: IMAGE POSTING RULES (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=194511)

An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO DAY INDEX (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=170603)

That's it! Have fun!

John -- Looks like you're enjoying this week's theme! I had my first breakfast burrito about a year ago. Yum.:)

Joayne -- Good looking strawberries. Like the composition.

We went to a fruit stand for local vegetables. I caught this with the little P&S.

Coleslaw is pretty much grated carrot and cabbage in mayo, maybe a bit of onion too if you like.

OK then.. similar around the world! Americans serve it with burgers or on Hot Dogs or even on Pastrami or Ruben sandwiches. I've never seen it for breakfast, but why not?

Some suggestions:

Different Perspective
Statues
Pets (anyones)

All and any other suggestions are highly encouraged :)
