Advice sought

Hi all, there is going to be an aerial display near where I live on the weekend.
as I'm new to photography but am really enjoying playing with the camera is there any advice that can be given to me for shooting aircraft in the motion, anything from shutter speeds to framing thanks in advance for any suggestions and advice
