Alway seem to struggle at silverstone, for 1 reason or another. but any how.

Taken with a ropey 350D and a 70-300mm (none APO) Sigma lense. (i will upgrade soon)

On that basis you don't need to "upgrade".

Great set of shots there. Nice to see the new shape megane trophies racing this season. Great shots though, sharp, good contrast, good saturation and compositions :D

Thanks for all the nice comments guys,

My plan is to keep using this kit till the end of the motorsport season, getting my skills up. Then next year imporve the kit and hopefully by then i will be getting some really nice images.

Can not remember exactly, but im using a canon 350D plus the cheapest sigma 70-300mm lense.

Settings wise.

Somewhere between 125 - 320 shutter speed then matching the F stop to suit, always using 100 ISO.

On Nikon Cafe some people are talking about a Sigma 150-500, stabilized. On a crop body that would be amazing. Anyone ever try it on a Canon?

i have the apo 170 -500 :D phantastic reach on that thing... now if only i had time to practice more to use it / process pics
