Shot this wedding at the request of the bride, as a back up to the pro. All were shot with 40d, 430exII and 28-135 IS.
C&C welcomed.

These were from the reception. Same set up as above but switched to a Tammy 17-50 2.8. Flash was the only significant source of light, so I'd really like comments on how well or not so well they turned out, in a more professional opinion.

Pretty setting, but the groom doesn't look very happy in #2. Nice job for a 2nd, but I see that her skin has an orange-tint. It could be the WB, or a bad tan. :)
The outside shots are better than the flash. Those look a bit out of focus and off-color to me.

Yeah the noise, the WB, and focus problems appear in various photos sometimes multiple issues. I like the layout and composition though the other stuff should be fixable in post processing -- at least to some degree.

Concur on the OOF. Lenses had a tough time picking up focus points in low light but due to movement had to attempt AF. I've done some PP on all of these. To make further adjustments, further correct the jpeg or start over with the RAW?

I normally start all over and simply make note of what I did right the first time around. Good job shooting in RAW though.
I think you did a pretty good job considering.

RAW most definitely. Here are a few specifics, I hope they help.
#1 de-center the bridge, there is a ton of room on the top and right to cut. Her skin is too orange.
#2 Again orange skin
#3 Very nice, just need to decenter them a bit. Would have been nice if the free space was on the right side rather than left.
#4 & #5 - Red skin?
#6 - not sure anything could save that one. :-)
All of them except #3 need a lot of noise reduction as well.
