This is a shot from the spot where we were sitting on the beach for the fireworks on the 4th. I am probably going to get this printed for my wall as well. Composed of three shots (-2, 0, 2) in Photomatix.
Let me know what you think.

Ohh! It's beautiful - too bad that the world was sitting at an angle on this day!
But your HDR work is very commendable.

Nice work with the HDR process. The tilt is slightly distracting but works overall.

Thanks for the comments -- I am going to try and straighten it out the best I can.
I don't really mind the angle -- guess the tripod in the sand wasn't as straight as I thought.

I will straighten it tonight and post a revised version. I can't believe I didn't notice that when I was editing.
Thanks for all the kind words though!

Straightened out based on the horizon in Photoshop and a tiny bit of sharpening. What do you think now?

The rotated version is better, but I think the rule of 3rds would provide a better comp (less foreground...more sky).

I sorta like the detail in the sand vs the sky. If the sand were boring then I would prob have removed some of it, but the sand grabbed my interest.
