Hi. there are several areas the image can be improved. The lighting is harsh, and from the top. the composition is not dynamic with dead center placement. his eyes are squinting so there is not connection. the background is very distracting and does not add much to the image. the pose does not work for me as someone who does not know him. I would not find it particularly funny, flattering, or memorable, but thats a matter of taste.
The exposure is very good, and the skin tones are great, which are positives.
Please keep shooting and posting.
