I think you have to attach the camera to your computer and do it through one of the Canon utilities -- ZoomBrowser???

I am not sure about the 350d, but witht he 20d, you connect the camera, turn it on, and go into the EOS viewer on your PC, then go to 'Options' on the top bar, and go to camera settings.
I may be a bit wrong (my 20d is in the car and I dont feel like going out to get it to check) but if I am wrong, it is something very similar.
I have my name, followed by my phone number programmed in.

when you plug in the camera you will get that canon pop up screen with your 2 options to download.
click the 2nd tab then click aquire camera settings or something like that and you can put in your name..
do you guys put your phone number in there too ? guess its kinda pointless but just wanted to know.

Have done this now - sorry it took so long for me to get back to you but this forum really moves quick - I didn't realise how far down my message would be !
