first image is interesting to look at - only two nits.... the horizon is crooked and the whites are a little crushed in the foreground.... but an appealing image none the less.

Second image is missing a subject - it is almost like your perspective is a little high - and if you could get a little more horizon in the distance, or even the distant waves - the image would tell more of a story. It also looks like contrast was pushed a bit to get to get good blacks - but the the detail in the surf was lost at the same time.

But keep on posting - I love surfing picks - used to surf Steamers in Santa Cruz as a kid.... great memories.
