I took this into PSP and adjusted the saturation, sharpness and straightened the tower a bit. It looks very pixelly when it is so big, and I bet you could do more with the original. However, given as I know nothing about planes I am not sure whether this is about the men, the plane or the tower.

Well its suppose to be about the plane and mean, I thought the tower was just interesting in the back ground. Maybe I don't really need it. Here is the same picture croped.

The last posting is better - it does help focus the attention more. Its also a better image - less pixalization. I would do also like kudos2fly recommends and adjust the image sum - but before you do anything with saturation, go into "adjust brightness\contrast" and then "Levels" and use the sliders on the chart to give the image more contrast - that is if you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Then if a color still isn't popping right, go into saturation and selectively adjust the colors. It may be worth the try to see if you can make the image just a little more punchie.
