Which is the best film body out of these 2 and why?

I ordered 2 and can only keep one, haven't received either yet. Just need opinions. :)

I think the 650 is better, but I think it's also one of the older EOS 35mm cameras so the rebel X might have more features?

It seems that way on canon's camera museum page. Of course the 650 is the first 35mm EOS film Camera (according to the site).
