That is actually pretty inventive... but he's probably right about becoming more of a model than the photographer. I wouldn't be all too surprised if ou start seeing video of this person using his flash-helmet on the net or A.F.H.V. I wonder how much it would cost to put such a helmet together?

That's awesoem! And it seems to a good job if she's not too far from the subject.

Shouldn't cost much.. the falsh and the hotshoe cable are the most pricey part. A combo flash and umbrella holder costs only $20.00 or so at Adorama.. the brolley is maybe another $15.00... and a hard hat is about $10.00. So Add $45.00 to the cost of your flash and off shoe cord.

The Adorama part is allready threaded (female) with standar 1/4" thread.. so you need only dril the hole in the helmet.. and a blt and washer will finish it off.

Very creative!

That is a fantastic idea!

NO WAY would I wear one in public ... but it's quite inventive. Maybe I'll make my son wear it ... and follow me wherever I go. :)
