looking into buying some large 10x20 scenery backdrops. My thoughs are if i have backdrops like this http://www.backdropsale.com/ProductD...uctCode=MS-B14 (http://www.backdropsale.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=MS-B14) is it going to cut the backdrop in half and look strange. Any tips on using these. can i use them on a 10 foot or 8 foot high stand. or would it mess them up

You can deal with these problems in a couple of ways. First if your BD stand is not tall enough try just lying your BD across the floor some for the subject to stand on. Also you can fix the problem of not getting thew whole thing in the shot, you can just pick a part that will look nice behind your subject and shoot like that, or you can move your subject toward your camera and move your camera back some and fit the BD in the frame.
