Just bought this lens and I now have following lineup:
EF 28-135 IS
EF 17-40 mm f/4L
EF 24-70 mm f/2.8L
EF 70-200 mm f/4L
EF 50 mm f/1.4
EF 85 mm f/1.8
EF 300 mm f/4L IS

The 28-135 sounds like an ideal holiday lens to me - unless you need the money, keep it.

I voted keep it.
Purely for those days where you want a good range and need to travel light.

I would be thinking about what other lens I could use in my kit that I don't already have and put the money towards it.

I would sell plus whilst you're at it sell your 70-200 f/4L and put the cash towards a 70-200 f/2.8 L IS :).

Keep it until you decide on another lens.
If you need the money; sell it.

Your going to find that the 24-70 is to heavy for the everyday stuff, and you might even discover it's not a whole lot sharper than the 28-135.
Keep it.
